This MIC601T portable trace oxygen analyzer utilizes an imported electrochemical sensor, which consists of three components: an anode, a cathode, and an electrolytic cell. As the gas under analysis flows through the sensor, it generates a direct current proportional to the oxygen content within the gas; by measuring this current value, the instrument accurately determines the oxygen concentration. Integrated with single-chip microcontroller control technology, the device features high measurement precision and user-friendly operation.
The instrument is equipped with a green-screen 320×480 dot-matrix TFT display featuring touch-control capabilities. During unattended operation, it can be configured to periodically log oxygen concentration values, allowing for the continuous storage of up to three years' worth of data using a 2GB USB flash drive. The key-based menu interface is entirely in Chinese—making it intuitive, easy to understand, and highly reliable. The device supports AC 220V charging and is powered by a DC battery, enabling approximately 8 to 12 hours of continuous operation on a single full charge.
